Plate Up
I ordered x4 meals online to send to friends who were in need. After the delivery date I never heard anything so reached out to Plate Up who told me they hadn't delivered. Had I not reached out, I never would have known. They said they would deliver 7 days later. After this date I again heard nothing from Plate Up, or the recipient, so I followed up. Again, they informed me they hadn't been delivered. Again, if I hadn't of followed up, I never would have known. So I have waited 2 weeks of my life to have nothing delivered to friends in need. Very disappointed.

Started with plate up and the first weeks meal were fine, not bad. The second week was worse and third week even worse. I have cancelled with them will be going elsewhere. Food is extremely bland with annoying packaging. Tasteless. About 2 meals are good. All the others gross. We cook it, have 2 bites and toss it. Never wasted so much food in my life. Still have 4 meals left, we gonna try finish it but it's so difficult! Wish I could give 0 stars. Chewy meat and undercooked vegetables, tasteless and gross. Its awesome not cooking and the idea is great but they could do so much better.

I'm really impressed with the meals I've had so far - the quality is great and much nicer than other brands I've tried. It’s a been a life saver having healthy, tasty and EASY meals on the go at the moment! I needed to contact customer service and they were great too, very responsive and helpful.

Great tasting healthy meals. Sure, they don't look like they've been served directly from the kitchen but if that's what your after head to a restaurant. All the meals I've had so far have tasted great and are simple healthy meals, plus it saves me a tonne of time cooking, worth it IMO.

Service was reasonable, good showed up on time. All seemed in order and we were excited at the prospect of our ready prepared Paleo meals. Well my husband and I could not finish our meals thats how bad they tasted and the rest went straight to the bin. Yuck !

Amazing food, YUM! Delivery was excellent and it made meal prep for the week so easy! Perfect portion sizes and my whole family was satisfied, will definitely be buying in the future :))

I was gifted 6 meals, delivered, which cost my generous friend $100. There isn't a single redeeming quality about these meals. The flavours were gross, the vegetables were gross, the packaging was not fit for purpose. I've never left a bad review, but Plate Up really need to look at the reviews that have been left for them and use better recipes or tighten up up their cooking team to produce meals that are worth the money that is paid for then. I would not recommend.

For the most part not too bad, but each week the quality of the meals changed. You'd then also get weird delays where the meals would arrive a day later and no one would contact you tell you. Just did what they wanted. No variety on meal choices. I've been with Plate Up for the past 6/7 months and it just seemed to get worse. Have cancelled now, but wish them all the best cause you need to listen to feedback. Customer Service would leave something to be desired.

Worst service experience I’ve ever had. Requested my subscription to be cancelled as their website didn’t recognise my account. According to Plate Up this was completed, however I’m now onto the second week of unauthorised payments being taken. Have emailed for 4days in a row (the only way to get hold of them), with no response. Have had to cancel my debit card to ensure no further money is taken. Waiting for confirmation that I’ll receive a refund for the money they took without my authority. The food is horrendous. The meat is dry, the vegetables soggy, and completely flavourless. I imagine prison food is better.
