Phenomenal Cars Wairau Valley

I booked a test drive for 10am on a Sunday and received email confirmation a few days prior. Arriving at the car yard at 955am and then gate was locked. Opening time is 930am according to Google. There were a few other customers around and at 10am the gate was opened and the staff member disappeared. Myself and other customers walking around looking for assistance and nobody to be found.I rang the phone number and no pick up. Send a sms found on the Trade Me ad, received a response from Bella saying she is late and on the way now.Utterly disappointing service, I waited another 10 minutes and left. First impressions are that this place is unreliable and poor communication. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from here.

Honest car dealer, great after sale service which many car dealers failed to do. Highly recommended to all buyers. I would like to thank you for letting me have a peace of mind of buying and owning especially after two unacceptable car buying experience from other two dealers who are not responsible for what they doing. Everyone can sell cars but there is a difference between good and bad. You guys are awesome people. Thanks for your star sales guy Soon who is just fantastic to deal with.

I have to say it was a really good experience purchasing a vehicle with Ram and Sun. I had previously looked a vehicle at another dealer and even had reserved the car. But after going to these guys, their service made a huge difference in making me give up the car I had reserved and getting from Phenomenal Cars instead. Ram always explained everything very clearly to me, and he's a really nice guy. Sun knew everything about the car, and he walked me through it explaining all the features (the other dealer I went to, just left me there looking the car by myself). If I could give any constructive feedback, it would be to mention things that are optional in the financing before hand and asking if the client wants it before including it in the financing (even if it's a good deal).Thanks guys, looking forward to do other deals with you in the future!

Giving them 5 stars because of affordable car prices and very good assistance they've offered. Long drive from South Auckland to North Auckland is worth driving for to get the car. Agent (Bella) who assisted me is very professional in answering queries through email, phone calls, and especially in face-to-face. All good deals, good job!
