Russell, Lorraine and the rest of the team give 5 star service every time. I've been buying from this store for years and it's always been a pleasant experience. Helpful, friendly staff, knowledgeable and good fair prices. Honestly, I'd not go anywhere else in the Wairarapa for tyres, wheel alignment or batteries.

I was quoted by a guy last week $100 for a wheel alignment and $50 per tyre to fit my own tyres which I was happy to pay..I rang to book in today and the call was taken by the office lady..I told her I was booking in for what I was quoted last week..she told me they would not fit my own tyres as I did not buy from them? She was rude and treated me like a 2nd class citizen! How can this be when the guys who served me last week were informative and very helpful only to have their work undone by this rude obnoxious lady!

Was on holiday at Riversdale Beach in January and got a flat tyre I brought the tyre into Masterton to try get it fixed that afternoon. Tried a couple of other places before Bridgestone and did not get the impression they wanted to help. The team at Bridgestone were amazing, they understood I needed it fixed fast, checked it quickly and confirmed they could fix it. Gave me an indication of how long it would take and then exceeded my expectations by calling me earlier to say they had finished and I could pick it up. Great service, friendly and helpful staff - miles above their competitors. Would gladly go back if I was ever in the area again.
