Worst lash extensions experience I’ve had! I’ve had my lashes done multiple times, & previously had better experience from another lash technician at blossom. Went in with previous lashes from another salon a month ago looking ratty, the lash technician did not even ask me which set I wanted, said that she would fill in the ones I already had. I asked for the old lashes to be removed and a Diva volume set (Russian), the lash technician was clearly annoyed by this and then started on my eyes, not being delicate AT ALL, pulling them & making them burn. I’ve never had someone be so rough & not careful around my eyes. When I said they were burning she got wet tissue paper and started wiping them, but all the bits of paper were getting into my eyes. I had to stand up and fish it out in the mirror. She pulled at my lashes so aggressively & had the audacity to tell me not to flinch open my eyes while doing this!!! She was working fast because the set was done in an hour when usually a Russian volume set takes at least 2-3. Of course she had given me the wrong set. Sitting waiting for my eyebrows next I looked in my phone camera and saw multiple bits of tissue paper in my eyes, they were also on fire. I informed the other staff member and they charged me $70 for the service, which was worth $0 in my eyes (or should I say burning tissue paper eyes) . I’m currently sitting in the car waiting for my eyes to stop burning so I can drive far away from that place! Do not recommend!!!

Worst experience ever. The therapist did not listen. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, which was modest and got an over the top result. But the worst thing was she showered my face and clothes with black glue which has ruined my new top. Do not go here. The manager did try to put it right, but unfortunately the glue did not come out. So disappointed. I don’t normally get lashes done so no chance of ever going through this again!

I went it in blossom hoping to get my eyebrows tinted and shaped as well as an eyelash tint, with a facial wax. These expectations were definitely not met. My hair is a light colour and she had matched my brows to a medium brown but made my eyebrows look like distant cousins… I felt as if the beauty therapist didn’t take her time and really rushed this appointment to fit other clients in on the day. I left this salon with blood shot eyes cause of the residue left of the tint was still on! By far the most inappropriate & unprofessional service I have received. Do not recommend, definitely wasn’t worth what was spent.

One of the best Salon I have ever took services. Really appreciate the work done by each staff. Especially thanks to somya who did my lashes they look so elegant. Thanks for the services ❤️

Princy always does an amazing job. This is the only place I go to get my threading and tinting done. Highly recommend

Just got my lashes done by kamal, as always, she did an amazing job. I love how quick she works, 40-60mins max, and they are applied so well. The last set she did for me 8 weeks ago and I still had some lash extensions from then!!I have had threading and henna tints to my barely there brows that looked perfectly natural.The ladies are all very friendly and helpful.Highly recommend blossom beauty!!!

I had a great experience at the salon today getting my brows and lashes tinted plus brow shape. I couldn't be more happy with how they turned out by the lovely beauty tech. Although it was my first time here and I am only visiting the area I highly recommend Blossom Beauty for quality service.

I was asked to leave a review as I was super happy with me experience on 16th February on my 21st birthday. My eyebrows were great no issues there.This was my second time ever getting lash extensions.I was up sold from classic volume to diva volume, not worries about that I liked the way they looked. Should have taken at heady an hour and a half, she did it in 45 minutes. When I first opened my eyes they were stinging quite a bit. I was not given any time for my eyes to adjust to the light or to sit up or anything before her phone camera was shoved in my face. I was not asked if it was okay for photos to be taken either and while she was taking them my eyes kept watering because they were stinging and she was getting annoyed at me for it!Once my eyes stopped stinging I looked in the mirror and I loved them.That was until the next day when my eyes were itchy and when brushing my lashes I had some already fall out (fine it’s normal oh well) but I noticed clumps, where my LASHES WERE STUCK TOGETHER! There was definitely not lashes on each lash like there is supposed to be and my eyelashes were clumped together! Would be two weeks tomorrow and my eyes are just getting itchier and itchier because the lashes are stuck together.They were also not put on the base of the lash at all and were put on super sloppy! I have taken a video of my lashes today 11 days after getting them done and I am shocked honestly and how rough they look and noticing how they were put on.Absolutely disgusted in the quality of my lashes when I was up sold from $85 to $105 for the lashes.This could just be a one off but I wanted to share my experience as it was rubbish and I just want these lashes off already. So unhappy.

Had my lashes done by Somya and I absolutely love them.Great little one stop shop for my brows and lashes.Lovely service, friendly and very helpful!
