I don’t know what is happening at this KFC but it might as well shut if they’re giving that type of service. Drive thru was closed, no self serve option inside. The girl that served me clearly didn’t want to be there. There was no sense of urgency completing orders they were going so slow while there’s at least 8 people waiting to order. The girl didn’t ask what I wanted in my drink and assumed I wanted coke but when I told her I didn’t she was so rude. This KFC will continue to get bad reviews unless they sort it out.

Laid a complaint over the 'service' from their staff but obviously management don't care. Payment window: new member who was having difficulty working the machine. No worries from me but no staff available to help. Meanwhile, food is cooked and staff at next window literally dump the food out the window and then stand around gossiping, glance over and say there's ya food while laughing. I get they are technically kids but come on. When customers are spending $100+ we at least deserve some service and respect. The most bizarre experience ever. Won't be back.

Zinger burger looked like it was prepared the day before. Very skimpy on the unions( only 2, see picture) the coleslaw at least a day old. Very disappointed.

Dont ask veg burgers from kilbirnie KFC. they serving chicken patties in it. we asked why did you do this then they said we did not had veggie patties so put the chicken one in it. not sure why the hell they Advertising wrong when they can not meet the requirements. staff will shut the door on your face if you will complain.

I don't think I've ever actually had a good experience here, and I go more often than I should for a place that has such terrible service. Average wait times are usually between 15 and 25 minutes, most of the time something is missing from the order, and no staff member has ever been able to serve a drink without spilling its contents all down the sides of the cup.

So tired of this place never getting the order right. Hate their Nashe spots to that’s fine I always swap it out for coleslaw. Ordered three times in last year and now three times they haven’t put the coleslaw in despite charging extra for the switch!! By the time you get home you’re not going to go back and sort it but it’s a disappointment.

The mighty Zinger burger. Just a piece of chicken in a bun with a dash of mayo. Nothing else. Not even presented nicely. Tossed in box, in a bag, and then tossed at the customer without a word. Is that everything? Thanks guys, I won't be back, I'll only get disappointment.

My last visit to this store was big disappointment for me. I got 4 small pieces of chicken when I ordered wicked fix. It's not like in my previous visits. Then most tables don't have chairs available. It's good one customer has just finished their meal and kindly offered their spot. If not for them I would have eaten my meal standing up.

Food is usually pretty good, but recently its been more than a 50% chance they get your order wrong on the first go.Make sure to check the your order is correct at this branch even if its not too busy!
