I choose to have my cats spayed and microchipped here due to the reasonable pricing. I don't live in the area but most vets near me charge 5-6x what this place does, so I decided to give them a go having found them online.I observed during my visits the extremely limited parking situation, and the long wait queues that everyone talks about, and also wish something could be done about this, however I also appreciate that there needs to be a balance. This place offers extraordinarily affordable pricing and as a result is clearly very popular and busy compared to possibly other vets, so I guess they're doing the best that they can considering the resources they have available. I should add that in my specific experience I had my cats booked in for their surgery prior so the wait time was not that bad (just had to get through the initial queue at the door) although I also acknowledge others had to wait hours to be seen without an appointment.Overall I am happy with the service and without them I would have likely not spayed the cats given the stupid pricing other places charge, so kudos for doing what you can to allow pet owners to care for their pets without breaking the bank! It was a fairly in-and-out arrangement with clearly a good surgical outcome. The incisions are healing extremely well and the cats full of energy as if nothing had happened. The paperwork and information provided post-surgery was also informative and helpful.The only gripe for me would be the shaving method of the fur - I felt that a third of my cats overall fur was shaved unnecessarily for such a small incision. I appreciate the hair will grow back, but feel this was unnecessary. Perhaps a bit more time and care can be given to identify the site of the incision to only shave back what is necessary rather than leave the cats looking janky afterwards.Nevertheless, a good experience, I will definitely use them again in the future given the opportunity and do recommend them. Just note to book an appointment for any procedures, and if you're just walking in for a checkup, make sure you put plenty of time aside as you could be waiting for hours to be seen, understandably.Thanks team!

Yes we had to arrive super early to get a slot, but worth it to get our sick boy better and the cost was extremely reasonable. Thank you team, Keep up the hard Mahi, it's appreciated.

Parking here is just stupid! Waiting time is just as bad. Waited 4 & half hours just for my 2 pups to be microchipped & for a consultation to be in the room less than 10mins to pay almost $140?! Thats just outrageous!!Prices maybe cheap, but the time spent waiting around for a number to be called it just aint worth it. Been trying too call for past 20mins & have had no answer! Shocking really!

I have brought my cat in twice, once was for neutering and the second time was for her paw that needed attention to. Both times I received great service and my cat left better off at a good price. Would highly recommend!

Worst vet clinic. Didn’t have the option to leave online reviews back in 2015 but took my dog in to get surgery. Instead I get a phone call to say he died on the operating table. Turns out they didn’t take his muzzle off before putting him in the cage so he died of dehydration. We ended up settling but wow the incompetence and neglect. Poor dog, I can’t imagine what his last moments were, and we were so upset that we had left our sick dog with them. They knew they were in the wrong and admitted it was a mistake. After reading some stories on the Grapevine on Facebook, it has prompted me to leave this review so people are aware that these issues can happen.

Do not recommend you are paying for the value of care as low service. Horrified by the surgery and cats smelling of saturated pee to be sitting on a newspaper when I left a training pad for them in the carrier. They looked beautiful going in and healthy, came out looking like scruffs! No call or message to notify of pick up. Took us 4 weeks to get these stray kittens looking domestic, to looking and smelling worse than what we got them! Horrible

One of the cheaper vets around, but, long waits as its take a number when the doors open at 730am. At 730 the line is around the waiting room and out the door to the road sometimes. Once you have your number you can go to a web page that tells you what number they are up to, so can go away for a while but don't miss your spot or go bottom of list again. They are doing the best they can, but clearly understaffed. Happy with the work we had done, but unless you've got a few hours to spare in your day it might not be for everyone.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE * abusive towards animals, no after care after surgery. Traumatized me and my dog! I don't want to make this long winded but I urge people to stay clear of this clinic. They are already on high alert watch by the SPCA but unfortunately nothing has been done yet. These people do not care about your pets. Dark, dingy, filthy smelly. Very unprofessional ...and now my dog is absolutely fearful of the vets. It took him over a month to come right after I left him here for a small procedure. This place needs to be shut down!!!! Even though they may be cheap. The care and professionalism was not there. Reading these other reviews is just further conformation.

Good to get in early or during dull hours or the wait is long. The vets and staff were very helpful and got everything I needed for my cat for a affordable price. Highly recommend them
