Wow. Rudest staff encounter I’ve ever had was in here. Told me 15 minutes, took 45. If you know it’ll take longer, respect me enough to be honest so I don’t waste my time in this tacky little overpriced store. Also, it’s a legal requirement to wear face masks in pharmacies. The lady at the counter tried to tell me “we don’t do that here”. Yeah, clearly I’m not stupid enough to be a local.

Great service; fast and super friendly new pharmacists. Such an improvement from the couple of months ago.

would not recommend. Son was hit with a migraine while with a grandparent who went to the pharmacy for help and advice. Was told nothing they can do see a dr. He has scripts of meds so the 3day supply rule could have been used. Or even kids Panadol offered for sale.

Couldn't of asked for better service, Shannon was amazing with my sore back, even gave me one of her own deep heat patches. Thank you so much

Me and my friends went into the store and straight away we are getting looks from the staff. as we were browsing and talking about a certain skincare brand, a man walked up to us and told us to leave the store. all of my friends shared a confused looks before heading out, not wanting to cause any drama. is this because we’re young?. Also, one a few of my friends were looking at some testers and she had a couple in her hand and Was and was choosing one. A staff member came up to her, and sternly told her to put it down. She wasn’t gonna take it. She was just looking at it. The staff member made my friend uncomfortable, I hope you read this and it improves your staff behaviour because I think the old staff are better.

An amazing chemist with very helpful nurse (Shannon) & Doctor (Brock) looked after my infected leg (cycling).A very professional business.Thank you to all at Antidote, Cromwell.Cheers Graeme & Jane.

I was greatful that they could give me two days meds as i need them , $35 seemed extremely overpriced when a month of prescription in Dunedin is free

5-Stars! Helpful staff members! I bought an amazing range of products here for Christmas gifts! Also to my surprise, they are actually connected with the other antidote near Subway which makes it easier for me to get my meds on weekends when this one is closed.

Had my wife in tears couldn't get our baby pamol ..the women behind the counter was rude and awful to her ..now we struggling with an upset baby can't wait to get back to Northland
