Such lovely staff. The wonderful Rosie attends to all my beauty therapy needs and does so beautifully. They are warm and welcoming.

Surpassing all my expectations in terms of client service and satisfaction. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and forth coming with their expertise to help you better understand what you need and will push the limits to make sure you are more then happy with their service.In terms of my treatment. EVERYONE go and book yourselves in for the balancing facial! Expertly undertaken, it was an hour of pure bliss. Balancing not only the physically but spiritually, with a soothing yet effective approach during both the facial itself and the neverending totally fabulous massage! (I think I even fell asleep for a moment t). I left feeling relaxed, beautiful and rejuvenated. Perfect .

I have been going to tonic frequently for 2ish years and I can not recommend them enough. Out of 100 times 99 have been perfect, and the 1 time I had an issue I communicated it and was contacted directly by the owner of the salon who offered to fix my problem herself almost instantaneously as well as ringing me personally and refunding me. Never once did I feel like my complaint was a hassle or that my feedback was taken negatively. It’s clear they take pride in their customer service and their reputation. No place is perfect but tonic gets pretty close. Love love love :)

The Tonic Spa is definitely the go-to place for ultimate relaxation. I am always greeted by friendly staff, who go out of their way to make their customers feel comfortable. The service and skill at Tonic are immaculate -- I am not surprised by their rapport with numerous regular clients, myself included. Staff members never fail to make sure I am 110% happy with their services before I leave. Tonic always comes to the rescue when I am not feeling too happy about my skin, or when I am feeling bogged down by work during the week. I always leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and confident. The items they have on beautiful display at their entrance are also very hard to ignore. This one is a keeper! Highly recommended.

Had facial with extraction (blackheads) done 2 days ago. Very unhappy. Most blackheads are still in place. Treatment was unpleasant at times as skin was not prepared properly - pores were still closed when treatment started. As a result I have 3 marks on my nose - permanent marks. Would not recomend any specialized treatment .

I’ve been going to Tonic since late last year. Each treatment with Erin gets better and better. My skin feels amazing and I always feel so refreshed and pampered ☺️

All staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The spa itself is clean and beautifully presented and all treatments are delivered to the highest standard.

A lovely bunch of highly experienced, industry leading, friendly and loving team.I have been going to Tonic for around 15 years and even though today we are much more comfortable in each others company, every monthly visit is just like the first - client management at its best.

My wife and I get a couples massage there. Relaxing atmosphere and the massages are great.
