Really unhelpful doc ranger at office computer. Told us to use computers. No people in shop so he wasn't even busy. Thanks for nothing.

A nice DOC building. We were helped by a very nice employee who told us about the glowworms in the old mines. What a hidden gem! I liked this more than the glacier walk. Thanks DOC for directing us to this walk!

easily some of the best service we've ever received at a DOC centre! the woman who helped us and gave us track status information was SO pleasant and helpful. We didn't love our stay at Franz Joseph, but this interaction was what stood out positively. Great team here.

So I get that everyone is aware of climate change and the glacier melting- see below. Why do you then allow tourists catch helicopters using 200litres of fuel per hour to be flown onto the glacier?!

Bad experience today. People in doc are generaly profesionals, but today, I'm not happy. Lady give me wrong info and wasn't kind.
