My partner was looking for my engagement ring and we visited Jay and his team at Brownsons in Royal Oak. Let me say this was the most amazing experience I have ever had. Amazing service. Had a bracelet that needed a portion removed as it was too big. The team took the time to have a proper look as on first glance it could have been too difficult. 10 mins later I left the shop with my bracelet on my wrist fitting perfectly. Would not go anywhere else for jewellery. We are so lucky to have this store as our local

We have been going to Brownsons Jewellers in Royal Oak for some time now and have always found their friendly and expert advice very helpful. We would highly recommend going to meet Jay and Angie who gives great customer service. No job is too big or small and just recently when I had a lost a diamond from a piece of precious jewellery, Jay sourced a replacement stone and arranged for it to be set and ready for me as he knew how important it was for me not to be separated from it for too long.
