I really loved these cabins. These can be completely bespoke, so perfect for accomodating all my personal requirements, which is exactly what I need. The price is also very good for the quality of these cabins (compared to others that I have looked at). Rob was also extremely honest and helpful.

We are so happy with our cabin. I loved being able to custom build our guest sleep out and make it our own. The team were so helpful and easy to work with. I got exactly what I asked for. Thanks guys!

Does not deserve a star. I cancelled my contract. poor service to say the least. Rude, disrespectful and insulting an understatement. Hope Stehlins review is an eye witness account of the service I receieved first hand. will not be recommending your services to anyone. Might be lower prices...but low in service too from the top of the company - should tell you alot.Brief overview of reason for cancellation: Rob turned up to my property with a different contract then the one discussed at his office the day before after questioning new amounts added I was accused of mucking him around. Was yelled at and insulted in front of my kids and sister - I asked him to leave my property as he was no longer welcome only to be yelled at some more, have my property called a disgrace and called stupid for looking anywhere else. ( I highly doubt he wouldve said such things in such a manner to my husband but hey what do I know right?) I have not recieved an apology and I do not expect to get one. Will not be using Cool Cabins and I think everybody should be well informed of the service they may recieve from Cool Cabins before signing anything especially when alot of money is involved. Happy to take my money elsewhere for better service to say the very least.

Tony Home HQ is a great company to deal with. From the consultation on the design of our 3m x 7m cabin, through to checks during the build process, and recommendations for making it even better. Delivery and siting went smoothly.And the result is a high quality build we’re extremely happy with.

Poor service, Dodgy contracts, disrespectful and just rude. Dont even deserve one star. Maybe you should think about how to approach conflict especially if you're handing out a COMPLETELY different contract to what was discussed back at the office!

Super lovely people that helped us get into our first home. There were some delays and issues that arose with the build but were fixed quickly.

Don’t bother! Useless company who tells you what you want to hear until you sign up and pay, then very little contact or care taken with customer service and no honesty on timeframes. My tiny house had plumbing issues and missing shelves and a gap around the power switch box. No lock on the toilet and no toilet paper holder. I wanted solar but that was too difficult to arrange with these guys so pulled the pin otherwise I would of been waiting over 3 months when they were advertising 4-6 weeks even with covid as I asked this question before commencing. Just trying to get a completion date was hard work and kept being told they would let me know and then left chasing every step of the way. Mine was on a trailer and could only drive 60kmph so not really fit for purpose. The website makes it seem like you will get regular updates but that is simply not the case in my experience. I’ve even had to follow up on compliance certificates as they seem to think months waiting after collection is acceptable without contact.

I now own a 2 bedroom house thanks to Rob and the Team at Cool Cabins. The reason I chose Cool Cabins was value for money, quality and turn around time for a new build house. My house was completed and onsite within 4 weeks. The house is warm, dry and solid. Any small issues with the house were amended very quickly with out a fuss. Cool Cabins arranged finance for me at a good interest rate. Jo and Rob are both lovely bubbly people who have helped throughout the building process. Now looking forward to having a cold beer on my balcony that Cool Cabins are fitting tomorrow.
