Bring back the banks to do foreign exchange again. Airport branches for travelex have lower exchange rates so less value for money but if you value time as well this is a terrible option. Average 20 mins per transaction. People clap when you move up in the line it's a joke. You order it online to pick up no benefit at all. Third time trying over the past 2 weeks to pick it up. Won't waste my time ever again be warned.

Had 1 person at the counter when I arrived, waited 30 minutes for the customer and agent to finish the exchange, in that time 3 different people lined up behind me and left then I left. How long does it take to do a currency conversion?

Thank you Rox for your excellent service today at Travelex Botany.Yes the transaction may take a while and you may have to queue, but it's no different from going to any bank.Don't forget to take ID! Passport is easiest.

Waited 30 mins in queue...got to the front and was advised system was down...told to go through the process manually and provide address, bank statement. Gave my temporary paper drivers license but then advised this could not be accepted, even though it's a legal document. Provided alternative document...another ten minutes waiting in the process...then told they don't have any stock of the currency I was looking to buy...farking useless left hand doesn't know what the right is doing...plus there were another 10 people behind me. ALL THIS JUST TO EXCHANGE CURRENCY YOU NEVER HAD???? Took place at 1230pm Friday 25th March

Waited for about 15 minutes until 3 lots of customers were served. There's only 1 staff who was pretty friendly and efficient. I mentioned about the unsatisfactory Google reviews regarding lengthy waiting time in front of the counter. He told me in order to provide continued service he failed to move his car every 4 hours, resulting in 2 fines of $130 in total. I'd like to blame the management that puts only one person to work the whole shift with complete ignorance of employee's tea break entitlements. Forgot to get his name, but keep up and thank you.

Botany Mall management need to replace Travelex. Previous reviews thoroughly describe their issues. They cannot even be contacted by phone to establish if they are open or not. They are supposed to be professional enough to run a business ...they are not instead they are a blot on the Mall.
