This was the first time i had been, and the customer service was excellent, he was very patient and offered suggestions of what to eat. Food arrived quickly and exceeded my expectations.

Service was fine but that's about where it ended. I had a chicken burger, bland as anything. Decent size chunk of chicken but the coating was soggy as. Way overloaded the mayo so I think I wore more than I ate. The wife had a beef burger. Much tastier than my chicken one but flamin cold. The chips were BARELY crispy. All in all a totally disappointing experience.

Our first time there,it was great to talk to the counter staff and not a machine. Food was tasty, could have been bit warmer but thats just my personal want.will definitely go again when im in the city

Love the food, but the service is so slow, and seems unphased by the fact drive through is often a 30-40 wait, on sundays at least… definitely impacts how often we go here.

First time I have Benn back for about 5 plus years. Service was bad, food was bad. Went back tonight spent $85. Real disappointing to see things haven't changed one bit. No pride what so ever. Management obviously don't care as long as the money is coming in. After ordering 5 large combo's, got 5 burgers, 3 chips and 4 drinks. Cold food don't make a meal. Take a long hard look at yourself management. If you are happy with what you are getting as opposed to what could be, you don't care. Not coming back.
