customer service very average.assume you are an expert in their field.poor communication.lead times on email replies is up to 5 days.( according to automated reply )prices are not bad tho

E-mailed company for a quote providing the majority of the details from their FAQ and received an automated response advising turn around times (4 weeks), which to me is acceptable. They responded in 3 weeks with a one liner advising I may want to seek a builder and asking for information I had already provided. I respond with the detail again and didnt hear back. Called them to enquire further and was advised the owner would be in touch.... I never received a call. Judging by other feed back this issue with poor customer service is a reoccurring theme.Note: This was earlier this year, prior to lockdown.

I wish I could give them less stars. Took a week for one door. Not advised of price before order assumed industry standard price. Found out 4 days before completion price is significantly more then industry standard, was not allowed to cancel order.I have used doorspec for 14 years tried hoults once! NEVER AGAIN!. Well overpriced and customer service had much to be desired. Just go to doorspec

Hoults Doors worked with us right from the planning stage of building our new home. They were fantastic and communicated directly with our builder to ensure everything was perfect! We thoroughly appreciated their professionalism and we give Vaughan, Tracie and the team our highest recommendation.

Hands down the worst people to deal with. Girl on the phone incredibly rude, condescending, and couldn't stop talking long enough to listen to measurements or a general inquiry. Ended up giving the phone to my builder to try speak to her, he got the same deal. Disgusting customer service, stay far away and god help you if there were any issues with an order. Take note of all the other 1 star reviews for this company, there's a reason for it. Go to Doorspecs.

Fantastic service. Helped me out when I needed help fixing my doors. Very friendly and helped me out very quickly. Staff have high qualifications and very amazing attention to detail. 100% will use Hoults Doors again! Thanks guys again.

Very unfriendly customer service. I think one door was too small a job for them to bother with advise and assistance. I asked for someone to come around and discuss best options, which they refused even though I live 2 min from the shop. Then they asked to send photos in and they would ring back to discuss. No one rang back. Then I asked if they would recommend someone who is not too busy maybe to do small jobs which they refused to do as well. When talking to the lady on the phone it was hard to get a word in, - too busy to tell me in rapid monologue what Hoults can NOT do.
