After I got my motorcycle towed to these guys it sat in storage a extra week past when they were supposed to deliver it. I phoned 2 to 3 times daily because they promised it would be delivered but never showed. Then said they will give me a call multiple times but never did. When I finally got my bike back they left the key in the ignition when they were told to put it under the floor mat so no one steals it because no one was home. it also was extremely dirty and dusty when I washed it right before they towed it, as well as had multiple bits of damage! Side peg was scrapped by being leaned over too much (which I know because it had just been painted). The plasti dip I had put on just a week before they took it, all chipped off clearly by someone's foot near the pegs. The paint on the tank was scratched. It had less gas compared to before it was taken. If I didn't know any better they just joy ride or mishandle your property. Worse people I've ever had to deal with, disgusting service. the police need to investigate this place.

The customer service at this place is top notch, having to deal with people who had their car towed, stolen then towed can be a very daunting service, and mostly people will throw hate in the face of the closest person, they understand this and try to help as best as they can, giving advice on what to do to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. They try their best to calm customers down so they don't anything rash and that is the best way to handle customers!

Useless towing company dont care about anyones property. they towed my car and when i went to recieve it, scratched rims and the car wouldnt start found out it had no oil in it. Took it home and found out they scraped the front bumper crushed the intercooler crushed the oil pan and ripped the oil filter clean off! Most likely they dragged the car up with out a care and then what made it worse is they decided to turn the engine on without the oil filter running the engine dry! Leaving me with a broken engine and broken parts equating to around 8k in repairs. Most useless towing company ever!! Have heard similar experiences from people

the staff (male)was very rude and declined for help to get the towing vehicle started this place is happy when you making payment but after payment is done they don't care about anything else. Had terrible experience.

Rude operators who has no respect for other people's property, purposely drove over my lawns and had a laugh about it when confronted. Hope SDT will be covering the lawn repair bill!! Disgusting attitude by this particular driver of theirs.

They say you have to make a booking to get your car, so I made a booking to pick up my car having to take time off work to do this because they won't work with you, I made the 4pm appt as the 4:30 was already booked" and I get ther at 4pm to collect my car and they made me wait till 4:28pm! So I could have made the appt for 4:30! The staff on phone and on-site both rude and not helpful! I expected my car to be out ready waiting for me as they made such a point of me making an appt!"

Vehicle not driveable after attempted theft. SDT picked it up promptly and delivered to repair shop. Good comms with the driver since we were no longer with vehicle and he had to show some initiative to find out where it was parked up. Thanks team!

Southern Districts Towing offers professional towing services at a professional (costly) price. The availability for collecting vehicles from their yard is limited, to which you have to pay for. A better availability for retrieval of vehicle and/or more options such as paying more for after-hours or weekend collection would be beneficial. Overall, I suggest at that price range, a broader selection of services should be available.

This business is reaping people off if you are caught in recovering your vehicle be fast to get it out this people give you little time to act they like to keep it longer so they can charge you daily recently police found the stolen car and these guys took to their yard guess what they will not communicate in a human manner because they want your money when ever police recover stolen cars best to get your own towtruck can bring your car home. These people are sad and will never find peace when they do wrong. Some sharks are bigger than in the ocean
