Love to buy grocery from this shop, but customer service is terrible.. girl on counter was throwing groceries because I was still unloading trolley for scanning and obviously you need time to load them again before you head off..I came all the way from Waiuku.. be generous and keep patience..

Didn’t had a good experience, they have hired some new staff at counter. She charged me incorrectly for something I didn’t purchase. And rather than believing a regular customer they want to go and check cameras first for a $5 purchase. If it was matter of $20 or $50 checking cameras is genuine but for $5 like seriously. What about those 10min you wasted for doing so. Girls who worked at counter in past were very friendly and always gave good customer service. These days they don’t even know how to greet customers. After telling them it’s a mistake your end they still give us a bad attitude . It’s not about how fast you serve your customers, instead it about how correctly you serve them.

Good Indian grocery store. Polite and helpful staff.Parking can be an issue during peak hours but all in all its a good place to shop if you're looking to buy indian groceries.

Staff very rude and false marketing. Staff doesn’t respect the customers at all.

Vina, Maya and I did our kitchen grocery shopping here today. Great place for authentic Indian food items. And the place is great, not too busy and no hassle.

Happened few times, charged extra, had to get refund before but again Bought groceries today at papatoetoe DH was charged twice for single item. Can you please look into this. Order number 2599884. Item is corriander bag. Scan twice. Thanks.
