Owned by Manu Lala since the 50s and still going strong. The Kakahi General Store is well stocked with all the basics you need. There's also some kids toys and art sold on behalf of local artists. Not a bad small wine selection also.Manu is more than happy to share the history of Kakahi where you'll find all sorts of bits n pieces from the past in his store. It's a fascinating place as is Manu.

Great general store, such friendly service. Manu the owner was so nice, made our visit so much more personal. Great place to get some groceries and have a great friendly chat and get to know some history of Kakahi.
