WAIKATO READY MIX CONCRETE

They drive their concrete trucks like they are a weapon. Following a car on the open road with about 3 centimetres between bumpers. The number plate was covered in mud but I think it was KTQ615.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. Over promise under deliver!

I would have given zero star if I could. Very poor customer service. We ordered concrete for a residential project, got tradesmen ready to do the job and Waikato ready mix concrete called at the last minute saying they cannot deliver the concrete the reason being that concrete ordered was too less to make a delivery!! I mean come on people, you could have told us on the same day when we ordered the concrete, that you can’t make a delivery but cancelling at the last minute is just not acceptable. And the guy who phoned us was saying ah just order from somewhere else, there are plenty of companies in hamilton. This is bad!! We had already paid tradesmen advance that was not refundable, we had to cancel everyone and was a huge loss for us. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Friendly, helpful, great guys ,good concrete and fast efficient service.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend these people to anyone. Unfriendly staff and the driver should visit a driver-school.

Second time Ive had to complain about these clowns and their driving habits. 100ks in a 50k area with a fully loaded concrete truck and i am te one who has to chase the truck down to get the number? I will never buy concrete of these people.
