BFT Flat Bush
The staff are so fun and supportive. They’re motivational both with their coaching and how they train themselves too. The fact that they know your name and quickly learn your abilities to be able to push you when you need it, makes it more personal and challenging. The workouts are fun and I like that it’s changed up each week.Also, the space is so nice and new! The high ceiling makes it look even bigger than all the other BFT studios! Really enjoy going there!

BFT Flatbush has an awesome atmosphere and the trainers are top pushing everyone to their limits. Cringe when they walk my way when on the Bionic bike lol but at the end, the push is what everyone needs. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. The only way to succeed! Thanks BFT Flatbush!

Such a cool vibe at BFT Flatbush! Trainers are awesome and help you throughout every session. I’ve been here just over a month and I love it! Would definitely recommend this place!

The trainers at this facility are what makes this gym so special.Congratulations to each of you. Participated in the challenge and will continue to do so... I have got my friends to join , and we are now looking forwards to a challenge together.
