Nichola is sister to my running coach Adam keen and had her sports massage at a recent ultra race. She not only gave exceptional massage and helped with my recovery, but she went above and beyond helping me though a tough time in the race.

Nichola is brilliant. I have multiple knots in my neck from picking up toddlers and Nichola released the pressure and gave me a very relaxing, tension release massage. Strongly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic massage thank you Nicola. Professional but also very friendly in personality. Her experience in the industry is very evident with an ability to instantly identify sore spots and great technique for relieving them. Would highly recommend for sore athletes, or just a relaxing treat for any one!

Incredible massage!! I had gotten a terrible massage at 'massage zone' and went to Nikki and she was amazing and freed up my whole back. Was great service, she was able to squeeze me in last few minutes, and also on text offered me lots of advice! Would highly recommend!!!
