The Optometrist was amazing. I’m sorry I forgot his name. But absolute 10/10 experience. He answered any questions I had and helped me understand the process. The retail workers were so helpful with which frames would compliment me the most. I would recommend Oscar Wiley Albany to everyone.

Exceptional service! The lovely staff member gave my daughters some crayons and paper to keep them occupied during my sons eye test. 10/10 for customer service & the price was awesome!! 2 pairs of glasses for $299 and a free eye test. Much cheaper compared to specsavers where we have usually gone. We will be back!!

When I saw the Albany store, it looked so glamorous I didn't dare go in. However, after looking on their website decided to make an appointmentI was greeted by a very pleasant young lady, i was taken taken to see the optometrist, Sayed, who was so helpful. There was no pressure for me to buy, a thoroughly pleasant experienceI definitely recommend this company. Well done!!!

Had a lovely experience shopping for glasses for myself and my partner. Great range of frames that felt high quality. The store compared to SpecSavers was much more calm and less overwhelming.Selassie did a great job helping us shop and the fitting was done very well.Definitely recommend checking out Oscar Wylee over the other options due to great value for money and quality

Absolutely loved my experience. The staff were friendly, professional and had excellent knowledge. $30 for an eye test or free if you buy glasses on the same day. Received great recommendations and advices by the manager at Albany Oscar Wylee. Will be returning for sure for my next eye tests and next glasses/sunnies. Will be recommending mt family and friends also.
