Order meal, made to wait almost 15min in drive through only to get cold fries, go to complain nobody seemed to care too much and was made to feel like i was the problem, attitude of woman serving needs to be addresed. Very poor customer service BK Hastings!

Consistently good service. Will review this review in 1 month's time and hopefully it will stay at (at least) 4 out of 5 stars. Homeless look to be spoiling the toilets, so you might want to do an hourly check, visited an hour after opening and they were dirty already. They have the WIT organisation up the road and should be directed down there.

Big store that was remarkably empty when we visited. Plenty of parking out the back, but it's a long walk to the entrances, which aren't clearly marked. The staff were a bit stand-offish. There were basketball hoops in an enclosed area out the front and a selection of table games in a room adjacent to the main dining area. I haven't said much about the food, which was the usual BK fare of fat, salt and sugar.

Very slow in drive through, a 5min wait after paying! Food was good and fresh. Just wasn't expecting that longer wait.

Just had a mean KingXL feed. Service was mean too. Place was spotless, I'm going back again for my next takeaways. Hard to find a fast food place that ticks all the boxes

lazy staff, if you order through drive through or counter they say app doesn't work after 9pm, at same time you do Remote order it works. What an excuse to press some more buttons on screen. I am writing this review while waiting in drive through, Its almost 20minutes and didn't take order and 3 cars in front of me. They cant serve 3 cars in 20 minutes idk how much longer is the wait.RegardsAn angry and hungry customer

Ordered through drive-through, they got my order wrong! Had to park up and go in to find out where my shake and burger were! They asked me to go back out get my order and take it back in so they could see what was in it. Only to find out I was short 2 burgers and they gave me the wrong burgers anyway and I had no shake which was all listed on order made and paid for!

Great fresh food. Not too long of a wait in the drive through. Healthier food than McDonald's and much fresher and nicely presented. We will be back.

Upon arriving there was plenty of parking, the store was quite tidy & not that busy at the time we went there which was great because Mac Donald's was packed! Food was nice & fresh but the young lady behind the counter may have been new because we wanted to swap our drinks out for frozen drinks & she said that the system wouldn't let her change the drinks & that she doesn't think the drinks can be swapped. I know that they can because I've done it many times before so she could have asked another staff member for help if she was stuck, however, I was tired & hungry & no energy to follow it up & she was still very polite & our food was nice. So overall, a good experience.
