I have been coming to Hair & Body Bliss for over a year now for my wax treatments. It is a great salon, very friendly and professional. The team are all lovely and the pricing is competitive too. Turn up to Hair body & bliss on my confirmed appointment time, I was told they are busy with hair coloring and have another appointment with ladies soon which they can't cancel... I mean why advertised as unisex then when they don't prefer male clients --- was offered another time. Do they even understand and appreciate the value of someone's time. Hugely disappointed and not even a simple apology by them. Never ever will visit again

Awful experience! Worst hair dye/cut I've ever had. Asked for balayage (should be very easy to maintain and grow out), ended up with streaky bright blonde hair with a really bad blunt transition to my natural color. Went back to have it fixed and they ended up dying my whole roots (not balayage!) and now the regrowth is terrible! Would not recommend

I had my hair done by Zach and my eyebrows done by Jasmine yesterday and what a treat both turned out to be. I had half-head highlights and a cut and lovely head massage and couldn't be happier! I'm delighted with the results. Zach is a fabulous hairstylist and also nice to chat to. Jasmine was meticulous with my eyebrows and we also had a nice chat. The salon is well presented and the manager is super. All in all a really wonderful experience. Only negative for me and not their fault was the lack of PARKING! Next time I'll bus in I think...

Extremely shocked and disappointing experience due to the ownerGeorgia's behavior. I missed two appointments due to unexpected circumstances when i called the store to apologize, the owner picked up. She was so RUDE and disgusting towards me on the phone, i physically had to go visit the store to put a face to the name. As i started expressing my concerns to her as a customer, before i could even finish speaking, she just looked me straight in the eyes in front of all the customers and yelled at me to 'LEAVE' three times and said she doesn't want me in the store. She obviously felt very defensive when i expressed my opinion, and had no response but to try humiliate me. It's quite funny to be honest because her business will suffer from her behavior. I feel bad for her as she must have a very troubled and stressed life to treat another human being with such disrespect. I've never experienced such poor behavior and lack of humility before in my life. But i refuse to let such an petty and clearly unhappy woman to ruin my day so i strongly suggest to everyone reading this, not to bother stepping foot into that business unless you want to spoil your day. With society evolving so rapidly and people raising more and more awareness, every day we are reminded to treat fellow humans with respect. Times have changed and you can longer speak to customers like dogs and expect no consequences. We have to remember not only how important customer service is but how important it is to empathize and be kind. I hope once the owner reads this she'll have time to self-reflect and rectify her attitude.

So disappointed today, had a small window to get a treatment being a mum of two small children. When I arrived for my appointment on time was asked to take a seat, half an hour later, still no-one to carry out the appointment, the only acknowledgement was to check what I was getting done, and 'was I sure?' yes, Im sure I know what I have booked in for. 45 minutes later, I had to leave to get home, an apology would have been nice, or ask if id like to re-book? This is the first time I've written a review ever, felt so let down by the lack of empathy or understanding-sometimes a mum just needs some pampering

Zach was friendly, talkative, and skilled. Definitely a great hair stylist who will make your time spent there go fast and unnoticed. Definitely happy with the service, especially with the voucher. Parking is very challenging to find.

First booked with this salon at the beginning of the year using a voucher and was really happy with the service. Had another two cuts with highlights (fast but friendly) from the stylist before she left town. Booked with a new stylist and found the price was $40 more when I went to pay than it had been the previous two times (requesting the same thing). Slightly miffed not to have been told ahead of time, but still reasonable. Lo and behold, I go to pay for my most recent cut and the price had increased ANOTHER $40, again when requesting the same thing, again with zero warning until at the register. Additionally the stylist had cut my curly hair (which I'd said I wear curly straight) straight, so the two sides are uneven unless I straighten my hair.My advice, check the price when booking and confirm before the cut starts. The prices are still not exorbitant but the lack of customer courtesy in letting regulars know if pricing changes means I won't be back.

Great unisex salon. Good customer service. Prices are little bit high. but they do professional works.

Fantastic service, my hair was left beyond expectations. There was no forcing in getting extras, as most hairdressers do. Just kind suggestions on what to use, processes to reach my goal blonde colour. I am sure i spoke to the manager prior to booking my appointment and she was lovely, gave me an excellent deal and saved me from feeling in a rush to pay. Professional and down to earth, that's for all the staff!!! As someone who works in customer service i saw no flaws.Many thanks from Vanessa!
