TYPO- The Palms

Lucy likes this place, so that's good enough for me.

I found the staff at the palms store very helpful, and were more than happy to go out of their way to find product that I was looking for.

This is one of the nicer typos and it isnt over crowed with stock. They sell great stationary and have a lot of adult humor in their products which makes me laugh. They always have good deals on things and staff have always seemed to be helpful towards me.

My favourite store in the palms. It's got really awesome stationary and Lao top bags. Its also got a great selection of birthday cards and they can be really funny and a little inappropriate, which I love. A cool store with everything you dont particularly need but its funky and unusual

Went in there today and was looking for a phone cover. 3 staff members didn't ask I needed help as they were too busy talking to each other. There weren't many peoplr in the store at all.

REALLY disappointed and offended by the displayed nudity figurines and middle finger one. Lost my customer service as long as the items are displayed in store. Visited on 15 March. Do we need to be so distasteful and crass??

Need a bigger shop!

I recently went to typo to get a pool. They had sold out instore but offered to get me one from there off site storage which was kind. Three weeks, four phone calls and 2 instore visits, all in which my contact details were left and no follow up phone call or contact made left me feeling quite annoyed. I was in the Palms last week and thought I'd try my luck to see if any of the staff had followed through. The lady who served me usually worked at cotton on and immediately rung the manager and said she could go and collect it for me. I was very greatful. When I went back to collect the pool, the girl who seved me grabbed the pools and put through the payment. After I paid I said to her, dont you need my perks card or email in which she said ,oh its to late you have paid I don't know how to do that. I looked at her quite stunned and replied, don't you think you should have asked me for it then.she replied yeah sorry I guess so, and walked off. I was stocked she could be so blunt and rude. This experience with this tore has definitely been far from good. I'd love to talk to the manager who has never got back in contact with me
