I went there today to seek consultation to any ENT doctor because my son was in so much pain due to an ear infection. We had been in and out of urgent care the night before but didnt help much so I decided to walk- in that day at lakeside clinic. I was so amazed by how helpful the staff in that clinic were from the Bay audiology to Dr Nic’s clinic. I was in so much desperation because my son already complained of loss of hearing besides being in pain when other doctors from urgent care were not concerned about this. The people at Lakeside clinic were very kind, and accomodated us and went extra mile to help my son knowing I was desperate to see a doctor for my son’s condition. And Dr Nic was also very kind to accept us in his clinic despite his very busy schedule. Salute to Dr Nic and his secretary and to the 4 lovely staff at Bay audiology at lakeside clinic who went extra mile to help my son….you guys are the best!

Amazing amazing Dr with a weatlh of knowledge. He has explained to me, in lamman terms, the situation with my ears and treatments.I was also suffering from horrible vertigo at the time and he was able to remedy that for me also.Highly recommend to all!!!

New Client as existing Dr retired, discussed being a customer, first consultation fee is $325 I feel you are very expensive and out of touch.

I called Dr Bodenstein's room this morning having been referred by my GP. The receptionist was beyond rude. I was referred for BPV. was told I needed a hearing test before I saw a doctor, did not know i needed one but i had a recent review from Bay Audiology. Anette (receptionist name) told me that I could not see Bodenstein until September but (her words) there are plenty of other people you could see". at that stage I hung up after explaining to her that I had been experiencing very severe symptoms that would require an early appointment. being in mind that this person is the front person to his rooms

Brilliant with our son

Our family has had Dr Bodenstein complete two surgeries for members of our family. He is a skilled surgeon. However his manner/words to me at one appointment were so rude, I left the clinic and burst into tears. I have never been back, despite needing the help of an ENT again. During that appointment he also dismissed my concerns as though he had already made his mind up, and then told me about how another case he was going to see was really terrible, and basically, mine didn't even compare. Which was true, but cruel to actually compare us like that. I have since been diagnosed with requiring surgery after all, despite him basically fobbing me off. I do not like sharing this experience, but I'm hoping it might help others.
