Our property is heavily treed and we'd like to keep it that way, as the roots hold us on the Tahunanui Hills. So engaging an arborist included feeling confident that he'd have a care for the aesthetics of the pruning and shaping to be carried out. We found that Treehugger does indeed love the idea of preserving the natural profile of a tree and works quickly and tidily to create an overall treescape that still looks natural. Not only that, he has the negotiation skills, awareness and sensitivity to monitor and listen to clients' wishes, instructions and ideas, diplomatically and practically, tying these needs and perceptions into his performance of the job - particularly where negotiations with neighbours is a factor (as it so often is). The result has to be acceptable to all, and I'm happy to report that it is.

When Nathan and discussed my vision for a small corner of my suburban garden, his eyes lit up,which put me at ease.
