Highly recommend. Really helpful to be able to get equipment serviced and repaired. Prices highly competitive too. Bought a pump. They had a great economical option and I turned down the high spec Honda. Used it and abused it. Clogged the carburetor with old fuel and froze and cracked pump housing in winter Ruapehu. Took it back to the Penrose branch for repairs and servicing. Each time great value repair turned around in about a day to put me back in business.

Double ordered a hose, and they rang me to check if I needed 1 or 2 and gave me a refund for the extra. Customer service excellent, phone service excellent, hose arrived within a few days. Really good service.

We purchased the Titan 4500kw Envirogen inverter generator. Arrived quickly, well packaged. Started first pop, runs quiet on eco mode as stated and we've run it for the last 3 days, 5 hours per day to provide 240volt for caravan and it hasn't missed a beat. Also good on fuel usage. Super impressed so far and appreciate great service.
