Aria Cleaning Services Limited

We've used Aria cleaning three times now and have found their cleaning work was quite good however on the third occasion they decided to empty out our pantry and fridge/freezer of hundreds of dollars worth of provisions that we leave for ourselves and our Air BnB guests to use, almost everything gone other than a few very random items they decided to leave which made no sense i.e not a complete clear out.When questioned about this I was told that it was our own fault as we had not listed this as something not to do, despite me leaving a very detailed list of the things I did want doing. Barely an apology given and no offer to make things right.They also charged me 50% more time than usual for the hours they spent disposing of all of all of our food.We will not be using Aria again.

I highly recommend Aria Cleanings! Their team is professional, friendly, and efficient. They left our office space sparkling clean and I appreciate their commitment to using only eco-friendly products on our request. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
