Poor website, especially the payment process. I placed an order on Saturday, it's now Thursday and the purchase has not arrived. I've received no communication since placing the order, two emails have not been replied to and when I reached them by phone was told we dont send tracking numbers". This is the first online order I have ever made that does not provide tracking numbers. I will avoid these guys and buy from Amazon next time."
