Electrical warrant and self containment certificate. Not happy. Cost $500 on top of certificates to replace parts they installed 3 years ago for S C cert as it was leaking. Obviously shoddy workmanship, surely the waste pipe and valve should last longer than 3 years. Won't be dealing with this outfit again. Also didn't contact me to get the go ahead to do the job, nothing said when I rang to ask if the job was complete.

Initially positive experiences here, despite charging more than competitors. Two negative interactions completely changed my opinion.First, charging me for a basic quote to replace a microwave in a campervan - not standard practice with previous quotes.Second, replacing the wrong marker light on my vehicle despite having photos of the correct one. Admitted their error but claimed it was broken too (no evidence one way or the other) and tried to charge me again to fix the initially agreed light. Outcome still pending.While initially responsive to communications, it's now been over a week and I'm giving up.

I got a sound bar speaker a while ago. I only just recently plugged it in. My family - who live next door, were outside my house listening. When I explained how small it was, they were very surprised. So i went and got it to show them. - They thought it was my expensive 3d surround sound system. Needless to say, they were blown away by the quality and the size. Even the 'cool' 17 year old foster kid wanted me to get him one.... so that says it all! One thing I would change though. Nah, actually, nothing. it even has a built in remote - plus the separate remote too. Very cool. Great professional business too. I also got a second battery / charger installed in my small 'campervan'. Thank you

We purchased a new TV at the NZMCA Home Motor Show in Hamilton from the RSE stand.What fantastic service these people gave. As we were travelling back to Taranaki, Rob came over, fitted it, entered all passwords etc that were required and talked us through some of the things we weren’t certain about. Unfortunately we had some teething problems and the smart part of the TV wouldn’t go. Next day Rob came over to us and found what was wrong (an unseen dash within a password). All sorted and we now have a great T V. This was exceptional service backing what they sell, and they went out of their way to get it right for us. Thank you RSE team. I recommend anyone that needs a TV in their Motorhome to buy it from these people, they are fantastic to deal with.

RSE installed a Southern Cross 52 Satellite dish on my new Motorhome in February 2020. I have had no end of issues with it since. Just weird issues with errors in the motor mechanism. The new owners (since Feb 2022) have been working on a solution with a Wellington RV repairer since March 2022. The reason for my high review is that they have never given up. Even although it is out of warranty they continued to work for a solution until I was able to get it to there premises in Jan 2023 and it has been repaired at no cost to me. Amazing service thanks RSE.

Truly amazing service to reboot my sat dish and re program the tv in my camper. Thanks heaps.

Used this buisness for some caravan repairs and was very happy with customer service and pricing. I return my buisness for the same job, get told a confirmation date they can repair the work. Today i get an abrupt email with no reason why saying they will not do the job, and have told me to go some where else. Have replied twice since asking what's going on. No response. Clearly a sunroof replacement job for $500 labour isn't of interest. Really sad to see such a good buisness loosing future work and referrals. Really frustrating when the 'experts' chose what jobs they want to do and not what the customer needs. Sad days guys, really thought you were on the mark with things
