Brilliant facility and amazing weather helped the Omakau A&P. The stalls, displays and free area for children was fantastic

Fantastic campground, lovely manager. Hot showers, clean bathroom, and separate kitchen facilities available. There is coin-op laundry too, if you need. I had a wonderful night stay here!

Omakau Domain Camping Ground
This is the perfect spot to based yourself for the Otago Rail trail if you want to do one or 2 days . Shebikeshebikes has a store here and they will transport you for $25 to Oturehua for 1 day to cycle back and the next day if you wish pick up from Clyde make sure you cycle the river route. The campground is very clean, has everything and very friendly staff.

One night turned I to many more in the delightful community of Omakau. The Campground is under new management (Kati) and she is doing a great job for her community and for campers.

Campground Manger Sue is quite friendly and very helpful. Responded quickly to phone inquiry. Clean facilities. Quiet site situated near rugby pitch and other sport courts on the edge of town

One of the best camp sites. Awesome showers and huge kitchenWe booked in for 1 night and will probably stay 3The hotel omakau commercial hotel is fabulous with a great menu.are u fed up with fish and chips and burgers ?Their menu is refreshing and full of tasteWe hope they stay

Good clean facilities with friendly staff. Lady in the office was very helpful. Plenty of room & tennis courts & fields next to camp!!

A cabin for less than the price of a tent sure in other camps. Nice modern restroom facilities.
