lovely people too so much care with me. i was late dur to a minor car accident didnt have the correct money and not once did i feel disappointed. the procedure outcome was above and beyond what i expected. must pop in with the rest of the money even though they said not too worry. loved the treatment

Very disappointing experience. The owner is super aggressive and does not reflect well in appearance on her profession they say they do makeup for weddings but they do not have a purpose built room for the job. Very disappointed

Always a smile from the ladies and even though it is not the cheapest in town, The Service makes up for it.These ladies are awesome and well qualified in what they do

I struggled about whether to leave a review at all but 6 months later I am still angry. I came here for my 40th to treat myself and spent alot of money on a package. The rooms are not purpose built so my beautician kept leaving the room for items she needed. She talked the entire length of my 'relaxing' massage. There was a car parked in the driveway when I arrived and I had to park two blocks away and pay for street parking. When I mentioned it the beautician said the car was hers and they do this to stop people using the carparks. There was alot of fuss about using a bucket of water for my pedicure. Highly unprofessional. Total waste of a celebration birthday package that I can never get back.

Got a voucher for this place, went there years ago when they were on Church St. Not sure what's happened since then but it was well below average and really unprofessional. The lady kept going in and out of the room, then she would forget where she was at. Far from relaxing and I wouldn't recommend.

I had a spray tan here for our xmas work do. I am very happy with the colour and service from Jo. Everyone is commenting how good it looks. Definitely recommend and will go back. Thank you! :-)
