This dealership is a joke. Went in there to test drive a car I am genuinely interested in only to be denied because I didn't bring the car I would look to trade in.The guy replied there is no point of test driving if a deal isn't secured prior".???Doesn't test driving a car to see if you like it come prior to settling a deal??Maybe if I wore a tie and suit

Recently purchased a car online from Australia. My experience dealing with Myles was fantastic! great communication via phone and email. There was no delays in Driven Auto Sales receiving their money from my end which meant my daughter was able to collect her car the following day. I was a little hesitant at the beginning but I trusted the process and all worked out well. A massive shout out to Carin for taking a snap of my daughter collecting her new car! you made my day :-)

The day before I visited the car yard, I phoned in asking questions and Myles, one of the salesman, was so absolutely rude and inconsiderate to me, an out of town customer. The next day I went to the car yard and was met by Carin, who I highly recommend The reason I am giving a 5 star is because of Carin and Carin only. Myles attitude towards potential customers was offensive and I do not recommend dealing with him at all. If it was Myles alone, I would review as a 1 star.Carin was very friendly over the phone and in person. Total polar opposite to what I experienced with Myles.

Dealt with a guy named Myles. He was very rude and abrupt. Wouldn’t let us take the car for a test drive and insisted we get a mechanic check first (which is dodgy). Quoted my car at a very low price for a trade considering it is in much better condition than the car we were looking at. Didn’t believe us when we pointed out the faults in the car and made up excuses. Can definitely say I will not be dealing with them again.
