Shockingly long waiting time for delivery. Extreme lack of integrity when it comes to committing to a confirmed delivery scheduled time. I Wish I could give them a no star rating also, they phoned to let me know they we're going to deliver my items the next day in a specific time frame, so i took time off work to be home to receive items, 3 hours after their specific time frame they had given me i am still waiting, I phoned them back to let them know and i am still waiting, absolutely pathetic!.... And yes i am still waiting at the time of writing this too, absolutely shocking!

Absolutely shocking service . I have been waiting for my item since the 22nd of March. Told that it was here only to be called back and told that it was not loaded in Napier! !!! I would never recommend this company.

Had problems with their poor handling of new and boxed surfboards. Two boards were received with damage to the first one and then when a replacement board was sent they managed to do even more damage to the carton - but luckily only minor scuffing to rear of board. Carton was ripped and exposed rear of board. Forklift tine damage to both cartons and one looked like a pallet had dented it - which did cause damage. Carton were clearly marked that they were fragile and had warnings not to use forklifts - so clearly these warnings were ignored by those handling the freight. So caution recommended when you accept and sign - open and inspect before signing. Very dissatisfied with their handling of fragile items and they need to step up there service as it costs 200 - 300 dollars to freight boards and such hefty charges should mean due care is taken - simply put piss poor handling and care.
