Quality Concrete Services

We had a new driveway poured by Quality Concrete. Apart from some minor damage it seemed acceptable and I paid the account in full. That was during a drought. Later in the year we had heavy rain and we were flooded, causing substantial damage to our house. It transpired Quality Concrete had damaged a storm water pipe under the driveway almost blocking it completely, and then poured concrete over it as if nothing had happened. This was the written opinions of a plumber and CCTV technician. Quality Concrete must have known about the damage but said nothing. Also, when the repairs were made we could see the reinforcing iron had been left at the bottom of the slab, without being lifted. They have refused to discuss the reinforcing issue. I should not have paid them. They are not worth dealing with.
