The verbal introduction to the system is a bit speedy gonzales but there is plenty of opportunity to have more assistance as you gain familiarity. The Help" guide is okay but there is no simple "search" data you can type in a box.. i.e. "change password"

Crystal have a detailed cost centre which is perfect for our accounting requirements, and the team spent time running tests and ensuring our account transition went smoothly. The app is user friendly and the reporting is very detailed. Very happy and would 100% recommend as a payroll provider.

Would not recommend as it took weeks & multiple requests for Crystal to provide access to pay details & when the details were provided the incorrect amounts had been deducted which the employee had to burden. The portal has quite a few tech issues also.
