Dave is so friendly and motivating. He understood my boundaries very quickly and pushed me when I didn't think it was possible. Would highly reccomend.

Mission Bay Fitness
I started training with Dave around 6 weeks ago and have lost 10kg. I only go once per week but that’s enough motivation to keep me on track for the rest of the week until I see Dave again. He spends the first session seeing what your capabilities are and then he gradually increases what you thought your maximum was until the initial couple of sessions feel like they would be easy if you were to re-do them . Dave is personable and friendly and I’d highly recommend anyone else who wants to see quick results pay Dave a visit.
