You can choose your own selection of salads, vegetables, meats, breads, soups and desserts. The chefs cook your creation in front of you. You can flavour it with oils, sauces and garlic and ginger, chopped peanuts to name a few. You can eat as much as you like. The facilities were clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. Easy to cater to your diet as you just select what you want. Totally loved it and will go back

Horrible experience. My family and I wanted to head out for dinner so we booked in with Ghengis Kahn Manukau. When we arrived the restaurant was so full there was hardly any space to move around. We headed to the front desk and was told to sit on table 11 and so we did. Once we were seated and got some food we were asked to move to another table because we were sitting in another family’s table who had booked prior, we refused and reminded them that this was the place we were asked to be seated.Further in the night the restaurant kept on taking bookings and it was so full that the line was almost at the front desk. And because of how horrible the configuration of the tables were there was absolutely no room to move at all.Very uncomfortable restaurant, so focused on getting as much money every night rather than the comfort of their customers. Would not recommend this place!

Went there for dinner and I have to say not worth it, the taste of the shrimps were watery food selection was not up to scratch and I don't know what was wrong with the fruit salad it had like a frizzy taste to it. The lettuce salad tasted dirty like it wasn't washed wouldn't recommend going there. And all plates had to be finished or $5 - 10 surcharge applies.

One of the best Genghis iv been too by far . The staff were awesome to deal with , the clearing of the tables were fast and the refilling of food was on point. It was very busy as the restraunt was packed but wait times were very short. The selection of food was amazing and the freshness was worth the moneyPaid $30.00 for one person. I would definitely come here again and I would highly recommend

Had a family dinner here for 12 and from the entry there was a tell tale sign of what to expect. Front doors had grubby hand marks which later were cleaned while we dined. The meat selection was ok- but there was no way to tell if a ring had been used in the chicken or other meats as people would dish from both sides and some using for multiple meats. Perhaps colour coded could help. Chef was good and got on with each plate. Head to the toilet and anyone would think I had entered after a big fight had just happened with part of the door frame stuck to the door, rubbish in the urinal, no air dryer and no out of order sign - we requested paper towels. Floors were like the back of fast food chain greasy as freshly oiled skillet. Overall a bit of a let down for what could be such a great experience.

Those who love barbequed meat, and would love to eat and eat. You will find a good spread of meats and seafood, with your choice of marinates, and cooked to your choice, right in front of you. Great experience.

Awesome restaurant host, service staff, chefs, etc...One of the better hot plate smorgy's I've been too (sorry my local in Htown).Large dining area with loads of patrons continuously coming & going through the evening; felt fortunate to get there early.Desert Station got squashy & inconvenient with the hoards of people, so skipped it & can't comment on the sweets.Will visit again.
