Highly recommend Tam and the team at Saigon Painters. They just did our house exterior and were professional and hard working and great to deal with the whole way through. Tam had great advice and was communicative and helpful, and his painters always friendly. They did an excellent job.

We are very happy with the finish on the job, which was staining and varnishing our garage and front door. The painters were polite, professional and kept us informed, making sure we were satisfied with the result. Excellent service.

Absolutely terrible. I had four doors that needed to be sanded and painted. I was told by Tam that the doors would be taken away to be sanded and painted, but the person who turned up had absolutely no clue about that. Instead he just painted the doors as is, without sanding them properly. Less than a week later the paint was already coming off and there was paint left all over the carpet, which I cannot get out. I was told that the painter would be coming on Monday at 10.00am and I wasn't told until 10.00am that the person would be there until 2.00pm. At 2.30pm I was told that the person was almost there. The person didn't turn up at 2.45pm and then had no idea what was meant to be painted. Ended up being at my place for about 4 hours in total and charged $1200 for a poorly finished job.

Great communication, the project was delivered on time and the job was done to a high standard. The house needed to be stripped back to bare wood and then painted so it was a big job and Tam's team were dedicated and professional.
