West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre
The main pools are still closed and understand it's going another 3-4 months before they open, because of some flood damage. I never see anyone working on it. Half of the building is closed and it's a pain as we like to have a swim with they kids after swimming lessons. Hurry up and open would ya.

We love the pool, but they have been busy with reparations since the flooding which makes the toilets facilities very challenging. You have to wait in queues to get a chance to dress after swimming lessons. I know it's only temporary though.

Great pool with plenty of life guards on duty and looking after of the people. Lots of variety of pools as well which cater for different liking, such as: wave pool, lazy river pool, toddler pool, family pool, main pool, as well as diving pool. Have plenty of facilities such as saunas and jet pools. Their changing room are great and plenty. Their swim teachers are very skilled and great with the children. My pre-schooler loves the pools as well as his teacher. The downside is their car park can be extremely full as it's shared with myriad activities and venues in the compound.

Westwave pool and leisure centre is very popular over the weekends. Unfortunately it has suffered some damage since Cyclone Gabrielle. The main pool and dive pool are up and running and have just had new lighting installed prior to the storm. Parking can be difficult when there is a swim competition. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The gym has a lot of equipment and space

When fully open it's a good facility.With my experience membership I can only use half the facilities I pay for and has been that way for about 5 months now.At this point myself and a number of other ibhave talked to will not be renewing membership as they haven't offended any bonus month or 2 membership for the active members that are paying for services that can't be used.

We go to toddler swimming class.. would be nice if the place was a bit warmer cause I always have to rush to get my son to shower/change area cause it’s cold once you’re out of the pool but otherwise amazing.

The facility support coordinator and reception should certainly could do with a good customer relation training. Wanted to get a membership here but was treated badly. I left feeling like I have lied to them about where I work.The next day I went to The Y (former YMCA) Massey Leisure Centre and was welcomed with great customer service and super friend reception staff - who were also trainers.I am signing up with The Y.

Woooow! Sooo impressed! We had the best time with our preschooler. I'm 8months pregnant n was heavenly for me too. Clean, great facilities, lifeguards were on the ball making sure kids were supervised. Family changerooms! N the cubicles were huge. Cant wait to go back :)
