Excellent service all round! We had two large Phoenix Palms that needed trimming. The communication was so prompt. The boys turned up on time and were so very polite, friendly and told me exactly what they were going to do. They cleaned up brilliantly, over and above what I expected. So pleased with the results. Not to mention, they were one of the lowest quotes we received.

We bought firewood. It was of very good quality, a good mix of slow burning and pine. Delivered on time, professionally and at a very good price. Very satisfied, will surely use them again.

Mixed feelings. Staff friendly and professional but owner never responded to communications. We had a tree removed and some pruning but debris was left. When pointed out, a worker was dispatched (and he also completed work the first lot had failed to do) though this was a surprise to us as email was ignored. We were also upset that a pohutukawa had 8 branches removed when we specified light pruning. Again, messages were ignored. Be prepared to supervise the work to ensure it is carried out as agreed, and also be prepared for any emails to be ignored whether or not any issues gets resolved.

Absolutely brilliant service from everyone involved from Stu to the on-site work crews! They were all prompt, efficient, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Great value and the hedge/tree work was the best we've ever had! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We bought firewood from A1Sure Services, it was all cut to length and split, absolutely bone dry, it was a good mixture and included some macrocarpa etc, arrived when they said it would and a good price, I highly recommend them, thanks team!
