Excellent service with a smile.The team at Novus north shore booked us in a short notice. Not required a stone chip repair before so wasn't sure how it all works.All of the team at the Rosedale branch were really friendly, very helpful and informative. We were in and out in less than 30 mins.Some places you get great service, but great service with a smile and being informative is what makes it awesome service.

Don't rake your car there! ⛔⛔⛔Worst service ever!!Technician showed up, broke holding brackets while removing my windscreen, lost nuts and bolts from the panel below in the process and scratched my paint while removing glue. When I asked him to stop scraping that he's damaging paint, he responded this is quite normal".I stopped him right there and went to Smith and Smith. Best service ever and very professional and use modern tools.I'm still waiting on Novus to compensate for all the damages they made and guess what
