Was told by security that building closes at 7:30. Get to doors by 7:25. Doors locked so we called security. Security guard was rude and treated us as if we were criminals. This company should absolutely not be contracted to the University.

Had one of their security people driving around Albany erratically going around 80kmh in a 50kmh zone. Accused me of cutting him off but I believe he mistook me turning in my lane and him not staying in his correct lane. Then flipped me off. Can’t believe they’d hire someone like that!

Should not be contracted by our bc. Came a few hours late than agreed. Asked me to withdraw cash for the guy and invoiced my bc again.
