Money hungry. Unsympathetic. Unwilling to be reasonable.Parked for 10 minutes only to come back to my car towed. On mothers day while picking something up from the shops. At 7pm on a Sunday night with only about 5 of the 30 odd car parks that were designated as 'reserved' parks in use.It was fair to have some enforcement due to me parking in a reserved spot however, receiving a warning first or at least a much lower notice fee would have been reasonable. Having to fork out $350 for a release fee, where my car was towed a 'absolutely astounding' distance of 2.1km from Mt. Eden to Symonds Street. Where I was met with a nonchalant, disinterested receptionist who couldn't care less was just absurd and quite frankly disgusting.I would like to understand how they have formulated such a ridiculously steep fee for release based on what they call 'overheads'.

Absolutely awful, $320 for going 20 minutes over my parking time, no ticket or warning just towed my car. No payment plans available, disgusting behaviour and horrible treatment of people.

Absolutely terrible to deal with. They don't know what they're doing.

This place is mean as but pretty un talkative bunch the fulla behind da counter just wants 350 for a Oz
