Didn’t get greeted well, felt pressured to choose colour and nail shape. When she was using the nail tool on my nail she kept burning the edge of my skin. Was very rude , kept talking to each other in their language . No customer service at all, was a bad experience. Don’t go here

Did not feel welcome at all. Felt more like a burden when picking colours and nail shape. They hardly spoke to me and I was met with constant eye rolls. I felt like I was being spoken badly under their breath in another language. Got nails tips removed and refunded. Would not go there again.

Everytime I have been, I have not been disappointed. The service is exceptional. My nails look and feel Awesome and always last. Never any issues with lifting or chipping. Highly Recommend this salon.

I had such an amazing experience yesterday. The lady doing my nails was so polite and paid very close attention to the shape of my nail. I have never had a good experience at other nail stores as at least one of my nails usually come out slanted which I didn't experience that here. She also was very helpful in choosing my colour. I've never been to this joint and was super pleased with the quality. Thank you ladies will see you soon :)

I initially planned to have a relaxing time and treat myself. However, I must have come to the wrong place. The staff are talking too loud to each other in their own language. My nails are poorly done. Looks rushed. Not coming back. Found another place just down the road which is waaaay better.

The girls always do a awesome job, reasonable price and 95% you can just walk in. Purchased vouchers for my parents for Christmas

Got Gel nails hand and foot done 3days ago Nails wasn’t fully covered , rough job. No matter how many times I told the lady it’s not covered she said it was fine. Worse nail service ever received gel polish was already peeling since day 2 hand and feet . Never again.
