Food was good but staff (incl security guard) allowed a passed out drunk man and his friend to remain on the premise and he vomited in the toilets. Floor also very dirty, chicken bits and bones on the floor

Placed an online delivery order and waited for ages. The app suddenly showed 'ordered' when I received nothing. Called the branch and the guy said will talk to his manager and sort it for me. No call back no refund no re-delivery afterwards at all.

Food was rubbish and sad. Dry chicken backs. No flavour. Potato gravy gross. A small drink? No buns were available so no burgers. The place looked abandoned, lights out, chairs up, closed off. I'm not sure who you're serving? This is not food.I boycotted KFC in 2009. I forgot why. Never again.

Listen, I've worked in KFC before for about 3 years (not this one mind you) and I recognise that it can be hard to work with customers and the work environment. That being said, something needs to be done about the work ethic here. I don't know if they are inexperienced, don't want to do more than they are paid to do, or if they dont care enough about the job, but if I turned my back to customers the way they do here I would be told off. Also if I moved with as little urgency as they do I would have been yelled at too.In my last few times coming here my order has been incorrect, and I know I'm not the only one who is getting incorrect orders. After coming back to get the issue resolved, apologies and communication was little to none. Communicating plays a huge part in reassuring customers.As a past fast food employee, I dont want to see this place suffer. Triple check orders even while they're being made, talk to your customers, move and think with urgency. Please, I believe everyone there can do better. I see more effort from some employees than others, but the latter far outweighs the former.

We went in there as a family for lunch, found the place dirty, tables not cleaned, rubbish everywhere, even a few birds hanging around. Got our food, chicken wasn't cooked properly, never have I seen a peice of original KFC chicken that is almost white on one side, it was drenched in oil and terrible. We just threw those peice(s) away. Staff weren't the most helpful either. Luckily the wings were fine so the kids at that, we packed up the chips and gravy and left.

Dear Courtenay place KFC, pls use less salt. That bucket meal we had almost gave us heart disease. Not trying to be healthy here but seriously we had to drink so much water.

Food was absolutely disgusting we've always eaten here and it was nice today the food tasted awful and they definitely need to review what size chickens they're using way too small it's like eating a pigeon wasn't happy 3 pieces of chicken were the same size as tiny bread rollThe staff need to clean this store I'd never eat in as I don't sit with rubbish to eat my dinner

Good place and lovely service. Good inside decorations though. Order by ourselves is convenient and fast. The snack box is a great deal especially when you want to taste freshly fried chicken and chips. But the chicken tenders are terrible. Too salty and non spicy at all.

Have consistently received uncooked chicken from this branch (flour still on the pieces and raw chicken). Also, this branch is only active as a drive thru or closing due to reduced staff numbers.

Hours say 10.00am to 12.00 midnight, never ooen at 10.00am, and after movies we went in 11.15pm, place closed. Other times half the food isn't available, place isn't clean or tidy. A disgrace to KFC franchise. Never again! I live in Courtenay Place, so many people complain about same thing...
