Staff here are amazing. Our puppy Polar Bear loves going here. He races in when we drop him off. Very well maintained. Highly recommend.

Lily comes regularly for grooming and is groomed by Deborah. Deborah does an amazing job and Lily looks absolutely gorgeous.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Groom was OK (I asked them to avoid getting water in her ears but it seems they chose to not wash her head at all).But the girl literally dragged my small scared dog across the floor into the room by her neck collar. Lacked the 'I care about your dog as much as you do' feel, that's for sure.Too much noise there for my pooch.

Our baby Luna started going to Pets In The City in Silverdale very early on - it started off as something that we had to do to make sure she would be looked after and tired out but it soon became so much more! She has learned to be social around a bunch of other dogs, she came out of her shell and has since loved going to school".The team is amazing and so helpful
