Very happy with the service received at this store.They have been very good exchanging a set I bought that were the incorrect size.The PJs are also of much better quality and fit then what I would normally buy elsewhere and it's hard to fit things that fit me due to being so tall.Peter Alexander is now my go to store for pajamas though I probably wont return to this store due the St Lukes store being closer to me.

I've bought peter alexander pj's for mothersday as a gift for my aunt. The ladies there had THE BEST recommendations for her and I love the smell. Even though there EXPENSIVE it's REALLY worth it + there us so much choices to choose from. I'm also planning to get a job here at peter Alexander in St Luke's. Get a pair today.Sleep tight

Kati the lovely Canadian (who I haven't even met in person) went the extra mile and beyond for me while I am stuck here in Quarantine in an Auckland hotel. She personally delivered my parcel and I Begged her for a real coffee which she was ever so happy to provide me with... I cannot thank you enough! Kati you are a true legend with exceptional customer service!! Thanks again :))

worst customer service. one lady actually lunged at me for being near the door as i was trying to connect to street wifi it was the oddest experience. staff are always rude in there, only to say i will never go back to that store. if you want a good peter alexander experience go to st lukes, happy and positive atmosphere staff are almost always lovely and polite. this branch is a big thumbs down from me

I rang first to inquire if they had what I was looking for It was their Queen st Auckland store the lady that answered whose name was Bella was most helpful supplying a choice of 3 nighties with matching dressing gowns I ended up buying 2 sets thank you Bella and Peter Alexander

No acknowledging customers with a nice greeting or can I help you. Won’t except exchanges with tags and unworn items and a receipt of proof of purchase. Wait at counter to be served for a while. Then the staff a just rude. At this queen st store any ways. Lovely every where else

If you are looking for the lovely night wears, you must visit here! They do a lot of promotions as well. Nice staffs. Also has a fitting room so you can wear and have a look
