Really rude and unhelpful Indian staff at reception. I saw website saying I need to see a broker for car insurance, and the website didnt say I need to make an appointment. So I came to the vero building asking about quote for the car insurance. No one said hello how can I help or do you have an appointment or something, just looked at me walking near to the desk, and I started the first word Hello".That rude Indian receptionist response with a strong tone" Nodoby will see you here unless u hav an appointment"

Great place for office meetings. I had one there a year ago, was on one of the top floors with great views. Forget which company it was with.

very cycle unfriendly building. No short term cycle parking and i got told to leave the outside ground floor area. Got taken to a cycle lockup 3 floors below and had to lock the bike in a room (for staff) then go and drop my small item to Asteron (1 minute job, a client not a courier) and then had to get the concierge again to get my bike out. A waste of time and puts me off doing business with companies in the building. Makes think the building is just about style and not about substantive things like providing for cycling clients
