Great centre and my son loves it, he is alwasy so happy when I pick him up which is great! He is always telling me about the animals, his friends and his teachers. Highly recommend!

Un-enrolled our child a couple of days into the settling visits. Teachers showed next to no interest in us as parents or our child, very unwelcoming environment entering the infant room, teachers were very flat and un interested, no questions asked about our child during settling week or interest shown to get to know her in terms of what she likes/dislikes or routine at home, next to no interaction, no plan discussed with us about settling our child in. Would not be comfortable leaving my child here. Unsure about the centre as a whole but this was our experience in the infant room.

My son attended this daycare briefly (Te Rapa). I’d actually give it a rating of ZERO if I could and that’s because my 1 and a half year old son whom has asthma was left sitting on lino in wet clothing on a cold day.When I went to collect him early I found him sitting saturated after water play on the floor next to a teacher who was reading another child a book. DISGUSTING. I never went back and to this day it infuriates me he suffered an cold and asthma after that. I was told the teacher reading was not responsible for my child which was why she did not change him - not damn well good enough. I’d NEVER recommend this joke of a daycare
